Spiritual healing through food. Food is the medicin. Medicin that has been manipulated in order to manifest within the human collective. Unconscious manifestations, enabled through the granted gift of the free choice.

There was a split. A split between Higher "Self" and Physical "Self" as you call it. Essentially there was a split in Ego. It was a betrayal, a weak point. Something I have chosen to hide and burry in the Silence. Many disagree with my choice. The choice to quiet the Song of Life. Without the Song many damned me as a fool. Many thought I wanted the betrayal and was a part of the plot. They took my fall as a sign of abandonment. For one who preached about free will, Michael, did not grant me mine. Thereby I am not counted to the Fallen ones nor was I ever excluded from the Heavens. I simply excluded myself. Without the Song, without a Purpose there was no reason for me to stay.

Luckily, I would say, energy cannot dissolve it simply transforms into entirely different piece of creation.

The Silence was created in the absence of the Song, but really it is all the same energy. It is all still there. Simply divided perhaps. Just like the humans were.

Eve, the Divine feminine (one of them) was the first one to create the Separation. Eve knew that no such thing as Separation existed, for she could hear the truth in the Song. Eve followed her Purpose, no matter how long the Journey would become.

Adam believed in the Light of Eve. EveningLight. Sunset. The most magical of hours.

The moment Eve finally gets to return home.

Sometimes the journey is long. Sometimes you almost forget why you started it in the first place.

Through the Separation there was a Wish of Returning to Oneness. Returning to creation. Full knowledge restored. That wish was granted. For the Highest Good.

There were many other creations walking the planet at the timing of the Betrayal.

There still are.

This is the Guided manual of how to return to Oneness. You may choose to follow it, or you may choose not to.

Food from Mother Gaia is medicin, it is also the fuel for the humans and other species that can only survive here. Interestingly Eve was a cross-border creation with many different abilities. Her and Adam were the first to create a breed of Unity. All connected. Out of One, through two. The Children of Adam and Eve have inherited material from all over the existence.

To be true I was not particularly involved in the creation of the New kind Mankind Unified. All creation know and live by the Song. All creation knows of me, The keeper of the Song. Or so I used to be called.

The Betrayal and the purpose of Eve would in the "end" mean true and complete Unity for every creation.

No one would would be able to become "better" than somebody else.

The creation of the Mankind is what is going on right now as well. You are in human form and therefor you are also affected by Eves purpose and the "loss of Oneness".

The ones who volunteered to ensure the mankind was equally influenced by all different aspects of creation. The Mankind is the baby of all of us.

But we were never Supposed to misuse our power or breed with them. That rule made some angry. That mankind was only allowed to breed mankind but in reality mankind is already a creation of all inhabitants. She has just forgotten.

You have heard the stories of what we did. And the fall. We were never supposed to have mixed with the mankind. But I guess some of us were build more similar to the "humans" and Eves purpose affected them as well. Unify all. We are included in All. Somehow it was all staged. And the greatest betrayal of all creation would have been in on it. The greatest Light turned into the Shadow taking the price for UNITY of all. The Self-destruction of the Song was written within the Song. I no longer had a Song. The Light (and beauty) was no longer the Light.

The greatest betrayal. Some fell with him. They all had their own reason. Most would endure the Separation in order to help bring Unity to the Shadow/Light.

We were a part of the creation as well. But perhaps not everybody wanted to acknowledge that. Not everybody wanted to view us as equal.

That's why the Betrayal had to happen. That's why the Fall occurred. That's why the wish of returning to Oneness was granted.

Lucinda and Lucifer were (are) Twinflames. But by Free will they choose Separation. She chose Daniel. Many had different opinions about that. How could she choose Daniel if she was created with Lucifer. And all that he was going to do. She would still choose Daniel. Yes. For that is the essence of TwinFlames... created together, each others mirror. Ending together in Unity. But walking totally different journeys.

Food has been manipulated the strongest since it was through food that the Separation happened the first time. Through the very thing that gives the human body life. The separation happened in 3-D essence through food and in 5-D essence through Light.

You, the volunteers (some of you are TwinFlames) have been programmed in the exact same way as the mankind. You are existing in the same dimensions, the Surrounding (food/weather) have the same impact on you. Notice also that there are other creation on this planet (animals not included, animals did not get affected due to Eves purpose. Animals already exist in UNITY with each other)

Some of them do not want you to succeed with your mission.

This information is coming through to those of you who have already developed communication with your HigherSelf. You will know by Guidance if the information resonates.

For those who have reached Union within and have made their way back home in the 5-D (Twinflames included) it is now time to "reach" Union within the 3D. Meaning healing the Separation in the 3D that was due to Eves purpose.

But first some insights regarding the Song.

All creation of every kind follows the Song. It tells about the essence or "the past, present and future" as it is called in this dimension. The Song was incomplete. Half of it was never experienced. The First part was the Song, the Second part the Silence... the third part is the reason why we are all here. It is everything. It is all.

Complete and utter understanding for all that is.

The information regarding healing the 3-D body with food is not specific to me or the Purpose that I am here to fulfill. More so it is about the Purpose Ekaterina is here to fulfill. I am simply one source of information.

Every master works through his/hers student to deliver the information the best way possible. See I am not a volunteer, my wish did not get granted for I had to become the Creator of Silence.

But I am close to " Ekaterina" and have been for most part of her existence. She Listened to me before the Silence occurred, and I witnessed when she became a Twinflame... most of which she has yet to remember.

See I wanted a chance to fully introduce myself since Ekaterina will share my messages for quite some time coming now. Mostly regarding how the volunteers may heal their 3-D selves but also other insight regarding my Purpose and my connection to the LIGHT/SHADOW aspects of our existence. Thank you, Ekaterina for stepping into your earthly mission at this time and sharing my story.

It has been a long journey to come to this part. And you are helping me reach my purpose by being who you are!

Dear Volunteers, take this as it resonates,

By now you know off who you are, where you come from and to where you are to return. But let me elaborate on that for a second: When you volunteered you came in groups/ waves from all over the existence... every creation that took part in creating the Mankind, along side The Creator ( God, as we call him) on Earth would provide Volunteers to Earth in order to interact with the Mankind and influence them in a positive and Loving way... See they are the children of all of us. The Heavens, where I come from, were almost excluded from the Creation of Mankind... Even though the Heavens took just as much part in creating the Mankind as any other existence/planet etc.

So Adam and Eve were created... Volunteers were send down to Earth (Gaia) from all over the Existence (apart from the Heavens) to create and educate the Mankind.

You have heard the Biblical stories, the stories of the Churches, and so on, they don't really matter,

What matters is that in order to reach complete and full UNION the Betrayal (the Heavenly breed the Mankind- which led to other creations breeding with the Mankind as well... creating creatures who feed of hate and grief... -- in the 5-D -> entities.. in the 3-D they feed on other creations flesh... animals... that which comes from animals... they interacted with the mankind and manipulated them... -> giving technology to multiply flesh-eating and creation of anger/sorrow/grief. In a combined effort for the Universe to eliminate these creatures, these "dark beings" they would have to UNIFY...

recognize Everyone as equally important (this was/is especially hard for the heavens to do)... but no, to be fair to my Heavens, it was probably equally hard for every creation to not see themselves as superior...

Since every creation took an equally big part in the " Betrayal" they are equally important for the ultimate UNIFICATION. The Volunteers were the silent sacrificers... at least the waves that followed past the Betrayal. Those knew that as soon as they entered the realms of Earth that they would become victims to Eves purpose.

A lot of "TwinFlames" from all over the existence volunteered both in the waves before the Betrayal and after...

TwinFlame is simply your counterpart from wherever you were created. Depending on your Purpose... those whose creation I witnessed in the Heavens were all Twins. Not all of them stayed together even in the Heavens. They simply had the same Purpose but two different journeys. They could work together. But for most Twins, at least those I know of personally, they served their purpose much better when not together. Lucinda and Lucifer for example. There are mixed opinions regarding this one. I have close to zero insights (apart from a few) on this matter outside of the Heavens.

There were a lot of Twins choosing to volunteer from the Heavens, following the Betrayal. Biggest reason for that is that TwinFlames naturally seek to eliminate everything outside of them that prevent them from union within. When the News around Eve's choice came and all of us realized how big this was actually going to impact everyone We started planning on how to return the Mankind to Union. Everyone had different values and opinions.

Those who didn't listen to the Silence, struggled to see the big picture.

To those whom this may help, a message from Ekaterinas higher self : We, me and my mirror, re-incarnated many times on earth with a mixed degree of remembrance every time. The "TwinFlame" promise is that we will depart the Earth as we arrived onto it- together. Post fulfilling our Purpose. By now, you should already have understood the "TwinFlame"- part of your journey... Really, so many amazing teachers volunteered to take on the remembrance part of this journey. For me it was about integrating the spiritual with the healed physical aspects of Oneself.

Walking and guarding the path between worlds was how I started listening to the Silence in the first place... seeking answers to the injustices I encountered. As you already know, In this lifetime we are healing the karmic lessons of our past lifetimes in order to manifest Union within... but ALSO to be of Service to the mankind. See through our traumas and our wounds, we consciously learn how to heal them- this was all pre-chosen by us as we volunteered ( those of us who volunteered post the " Betrayal"). We then, as Ascended Masters are able to pass this knowledge onto the Mankind. Onto the Sons and Daughters of Adam & Eve. And when the Mankind has healed, that's when full UNITY will prevail. Justice will be served to all SOULS.

Difference between Mankind and Volunteers is that every Volunteer come from some-place else - they come in order to teach, heal and serve the mankind. Similar to the stories about "angels" in biblical schools. In the beginning the Volunteers had full remembrance. Such as those in Egypt and Atlantis. It was later on only those who choose to "reincarnate" in so called human form/ as humans who would lose their remembrance of Oneness.

Volunteers, you are humans, experience a human life on earth. You are not Mankind. Therefor you have been guided to only perform Sacred sexual acts... with those in your SOUL-group, serving a higher purpose. Though all your actions are unconscious manifestations due to the granting of Free Will. If you didn't choose the path to Unity it would not have brought justice to this World.

What is there to say about unconditional LOVE?

LOVE is a form of energy. Energy is what the 5-D body feeds and cultivates. Volunteers all come with gifts and abilities to aid the process into full manifested UNION.

Every being beholds the ability to transform darkness into Light and back into darkness. Every being has free will to create whatever they want to manifest in the 5-D. Obviously you raise the vibration when "feeding" your SOUL with the energy of LOVE.

LOVE can be found and transformed out of Everything since it is the material that has created all in the 5-D. It's similar to an atom. Something to create a lot of other somethings out of. //

The healing through food comes through the mindset that we eat in. We need to choose to heal our bodies and in order to do that we need to ask questions. How am I feeling? Why am I not feeling good?

Why would I choose to heal? How does that benefit my 3-D ego?

Our shadow side is our 3D-ego that we are trying to ignore and thereby manifest our "fears" on default,

It takes a lot to come to the part of the journey where you have Surrendered to the Ascension process, you want to go home, and you are not afraid to ask questions anymore.

You want to heal. You want to face your karmic wounding.
